MACERO METALES, S.A. DE C.V., the company that operates the Vertek brand —hereinafter "Vertek" or "the group"—, with address at Torre Tanarah Piso 21, Av. José Vasconcelos 345-Ote, Colonia Santa Engracia, C.P. 66267, San Pedro Garza García, N.L., is responsible for the processing of the personal data we collect through this site, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data needed to handle your request:

• Full name
• Company
• Work email
• Phone
• The content of the message or requirement you send us

We do not collect sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data through this site.

Purposes of processing

The data you provide is used to:

• Respond to your request for information or contact.
• Route your requirement to the company in the group that corresponds —Macero, Valltor, Apex, Tecnocranes, Orme, Fyron or Subestaciones Juárez— when this is necessary to assist you.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain the records and communication arising from the commercial relationship.

Transfers

Your data may be shared with the companies that form part of Vertek for the sole purpose of handling your request. We do not transfer your data to third parties outside the group without your consent, except in the cases provided for in article 37 of the Law.

ARCO rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or cancellation of, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@vertek.mx. Your request must include your name, a means of contact and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use and access.

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this same page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

Governing version

This is a courtesy translation. The privacy notice is governed by Mexican law, and in the event of any discrepancy the Spanish version shall prevail.
